Norita Binti Ja’afar is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cypark Resources Berhad and a Certified Sustainability Practitioner accredited by the Chartered Management Institute and Centre for Sustainability and Excellence, USA. With expertise in nature-based solutions and carbon markets, she is the Founding Partner of Tabah Asia Sdn. Bhd., driving large-scale decarbonisation projects globally. She has held leadership roles across finance, manufacturing and technology, including CEO positions in the corporate advisory and fintech sectors. Norita also serves on several corporate boards and sustainability committees and is the Founder of the Global Mangrove Alliance – Malaysia Chapter.
