Grace Gan Wei Cheng, Manager and Trainer of Yayasan Gamuda, Enabling Academy holds a Master’s degree in Human Services (Rehabilitation Counselling) from Griffith University, Australia and a Bachelor of Psychological Science degree from the University of South Australia. Since 2011, she has been actively involved with providing job coaching support for neurodivergent individuals and equipping employers in neurodivergent hiring. Grace is also a Senior Job Coach Trainer of Job Coach Network Malaysia, appointed by the Department of Social Welfare to promote supported employment in Malaysia. She was also in the panel to develop NOSS in job coaching in Malaysia.
Apart from her involvement in Malaysia, she has also conducted several Job Coach training sessions in China. Noticing the current gap and lack of structured employment transition programme (ETP) in Malaysia, Grace and her team are also taking a proactive approach in developing and equipping more employment transition centres across different states in Malaysia through complimentary EA ETP Practitioners’ workshop.
