Dr. Anthony Pramualratana is the Deputy Executive Director of the ASEAN Centre for Sustainable Development Studies and Dialogue (ACSDSD), which promotes research and dialogue on sustainable development across ASEAN. He also leads the ASEAN Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform, supporting member states in advancing sustainable consumption and production through a circular economy approach. Dr Pramualratana oversees the Centre’s research and studies, driving evidence-based strategies to address regional sustainability challenges. Prior to this, he was a lecturer at Mahidol University’s Institute for Population and Social Research and holds a master’s degree in Sociology from the East-West Center, University of Hawaii, and a PhD in Demography from the Australian National University. His expertise in sustainable development, regional collaboration, and public health aligns with SAREF’s mission to advance clean, inclusive, and resilient energy and sustainability in Southeast Asia.
