Meredith is an Executive in the Human Resources Department at Sarawak Energy, specialising in talent acquisition. She holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak and is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Sunway University, Malaysia – reflecting her strong commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Beyond her role, she is actively involved in the Sapphire Young Professionals Network, – Sarawak Energy’s platform for new recruits – as one of the Secretariat members for the 2025 term. She also contributes as an advisor for the Campus Ambassador programme, where she leads initiatives with universities across Sarawak to inspire and connect with young talent. Through these platforms, she champions opportunities for students and fresh graduates to explore their potential and build meaningful career pathways.
Passionate about sustainability and youth development, she believes in nurturing the next generation of leaders through meaningful engagement with students and young professionals, inspiring them to shape a more sustainable and inclusive future.
