Mohamad Irwan Bin Aman is the General Manager for Sustainability at Sarawak Energy, with over 25 years of experience in the energy and clean energy financing sectors. He leads the embedding of sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s values and long-term goals. Irwan represents Sarawak Energy on the Board of the UN Global Compact Malaysia & Brunei Network. His past roles include Consultant at Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley and Technical Expert at Tenaga Nasional Berhad. He has advised on sustainable energy related projects locally and internationally. Irwan holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration.
