Ritu Bhandari is the sustainability lead for Asia at Economist Impact, where she manages large-scale research programmes focused on sustainability and climate change. She is responsible for providing editorial direction to climate and sustainability projects in the region, working with cross-functional teams on the editorial strategy. In her role as the team lead for Singapore, she guides a team of analysts and researchers to adopt rigorous research methodologies to achieve excellence in research programmes. A big part of Ritu’s role is working with senior clients from the private and public sector to achieve strong research and thought leadership outcomes. Ritu holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, where she specialised in economic policy analysis.
