Datu Lester is the Director of the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) Sarawak, a position he has held since January 2023. He has attended the Senior Executive Fellows Programme at Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge, USA and is a graduate of the Master of Applied Economics, University of Adelaide, Australia. A dynamic senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the Sarawak Civil Service in leadership and managerial roles, especially in planning and development initiatives. Prior to joining EPU Sarawak, he was the Director of Investment Promotion at the Regional Corridor Development Authority (RECODA).
